This place has a cool website but is a total dump It is a good location to visit the discos, etc. I changed hotels to the Holiday Inn Centro, which was a convent and is about years old and is a very cool place to stay.
Great location to the Centro and not too expensive Good seafood in Veracruz. Favorite breakfast spot was La Parrochia in the centro with its great cafe con leche.
