Nog veel plezier, Tiberius. I went to Antwerpen a couple of weeks ago, and maybe I was there at a bad time but I only saw not more then 10 girls, and defenetly nothing that I would pay 50E for As was said in other posts Antwerpen is dying. I think that probably Brussels is better now.
Tiberius is right, however there are some alternatives, and they count for every region so check my message in the general section about belgium scene. This is overdue but better late than never.
