A fun selection of bright wooden painted animals from Swaziland.
These are all created individually, first the wooden animal is carved, and then painted in a fantastic range of bright colours and patterns. Each one is done by a Swazi lady, enabling them to make a living in their own home, or gather together for some companionship.
These ladies also make the wonderful money boxes, which you can see in the drop down menu.

The giraffes are all carved and decorated in Kenya, and are slim and tall, making quite a statement.
